1. Digital Nature of Products
Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• If you purchased the same product twice by mistake. in that case the refunds will be credied to your account within 5-7 business days .
  
  Refund request must be made within 2 business days .

• If you are unable to access the file and our team cannot provide a resolution.
  
  if any product which is not applicable for you or in any other cases will be replacing the product to you to the registered email id .
